This unique session blends the ancient wisdom of Thai massage with my own developed techniques to create a deeply therapeutic and connective experience. Designed to be practiced with a partner, this sequence focuses on opening the back, shoulders, and chest—areas where we often carry emotional tension and physical stress.

Through a combination of assisted stretches, pressure techniques, and mindful touch, this practice helps to:
